F A Q 'S

How much does it cost?

This is a very broad question that we usually get asked the best we can answer is; "It depends on the project". Every project is different in size, materials and time that will take to finish each project and rough estimates are "NOT" gladly provided as each job has it's own unique costs due to code corrections and structural compromise.

Why choose us?

We have over 45 years of experience in residential construction. We strive to do our work the best we can, there are no shortcuts; quality work and excellent craftsmanship is our goal on every project.

How long will it take?

Depends each project is different and contains unforeseen hidden issues when fully opened up. We will do our best to finish within our schedule contained in our contract although delay's can happen beyond our control we will do our best to complete each project on time without compromising our level of craftsmanship.

Will there be any dust?

It depends on the project, We do perform some of the fabrication at our shop and on most projects we do our cutting and fabricating in the garage, though it's almost impossible to have no dust on any project. For example, in a staircase renovation, we do our best to control the dust in your home by using our tools that have Hepa vacuums attached this will help minimize the dust. In addition, we use plastic coverings for your furniture and in doorways, the cutting area in the garage will have plastic curtains extending from floor to ceilings on three sides and we always sweep and vacuum at the end of each day.

Do you provide Painting and Staining Services?

Effective as of January 1st, 2020 painting and finishing is no longer offered in house but we are glad to supply the names of a few of our trusted finishing contractors for you to hire directly they do work on a schedule but please be aware that good painters are booked out the same as us we recommend reaching out to them when we first start the project, I will go over the details with them and provide them with a estimated completion of my work and keep in communication with them during and after the stair build.
