Our History

Dan has over 42 years of residential and light commercial construction knowledge. I started my career at the age of 21, apprenticing for over 4 years then entered into a small contracting venture. I started my apprenticeship in Illinois then moved to Alaska to pursue an opportunity and started my career framing high end custom homes, providing siding and finish carpentry services. My focus has always been applying superior quality workmanship.

Left Alaska during the late 80's recession to seek out another opportunity to build a difficult custom home in Portland, Oregon (See my review from Harry R. Failing Jr.). And now the rest of my career is here in the Pacific North West.

We are a licensed "Lead RRP" contractor ensuring safety and protection during renovation of lead containing materials on all homes from 1978 and earlier.

Note: We are currently not working on homes built 1978 or prior that reflects to the EPA ruling as of 01/01/2015

Mission Statement:

To provide my clients with honesty, professionalism, craftmanship, timely scheduling, and careful budgeting. I am personally on site performing the actual work and overseeing all other work that pertains to my contract duties.
